  3. So, Ron Paul is old, stodgy, great-grandfatherly, needing naps between events, eh Liberal progressive HuffPo? Ha ha ha!

How hard is it to file an affadavit with the USDOJ to bring prosecution against HuffPo, Rick Santorum, and any OTHER wisemouth who violates federal ADEA (the Age Discrimination in Employment Act), on the basis that the presidential primaries are an extended, continuous employment interview.

ADEA prohibits employers with 20 or more employees from discriminating against employees and applicants on the basis of age (29 USC 621 et seq.).

I’d say every bigmouth out there trashing Ron Paul for being too old, or EVEN RAISING THE QUESTION, such as that moronic CNN Reporter Dana Bash, is guilty of willfully violating ADEA.

Compensatory and punitive damages are not available under the ADEA except for retaliation. But, compensatory and punitive damages may be available under state laws that prohibit age discrimination. So there’s always THAT route.

These white-shoe toting elitists want to play rough? They don’t know what rough is until they get a bill for legal fees incurred from their own laws!
