1. You know Gerald I listen to you and your ideas and you really hit the nail on the head. You are inspiring to all. I am from Canada and I know all the things you are saying will come to pass. You should really look at Canada. We are going to follow your lead though as our own leaders sold us out to 0.5% interest rates jacking up the price of real estate and indebting Canadians to the max. We are in trouble too because our leaders really are no better and they keep hammering us with taxes. The same issues really do confront us here in Canada. Perhaps not as great but they are there and they are not that far from the surface. When the next down turn happens in the US then you will see Canada contract and credit contract big time, plunging Canada into serious fiscal problems. However everyone thinks Canada is fiscally sound. How, when we are indebted so high as a population and inflation has hammered us so hard. I could talk to you about this forever but let me know you thoughts as I would be delighted to show you how I know this is going to happen to Canada. Please keep up the great work.
