7. well.. a book i read by Robert Prechter said buy Swiss annuity certificates… and this was back in ‘92 because he warned of the mortgage based derivatives that were then known as Real Estate Investment Trusts….. I was all up in arms and shit about it and those were the days i had money but I dont panic because if they try to starve us we will get food.
