1. What puzzles me is someone like Corzine, with his record, can’t be a stupid man. This has to be something more sinister. I remember listening to William Black talk about the best way to rob a bank is to own one. It seems one possible explaination could be that this was a deliberate take down by making a bet that Corzine knew would turn bad, and they’d walk away with the money, relying on his privileged position to pull off this crime. It’s as though, as you mention, that they know the system is bankrupt and the white collar criminals are taking the cash before it all comes down.

   I reckon lots of people will be watching what happens to Corzine. The FBI need to assign lots of people to find out where the cash went, send the criminals to jail and restore some faith in this mess.
